14-Day Return Right

You have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

You don't need to provide a reason. Ideal for reviewing your new products at home. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Return conditions

To process your return quickly, the following conditions apply:

Unused and undamaged: The product is in unopened or absolute new condition.
Original condition: Complete in the original packaging with all accessories.
Documentation: You've included the return form, or the return has been registered online.

How do I return a product?

Pack the product carefully in its original packaging to avoid transport damage.

Send the package to our return address (you'll receive the address after registration).

We receive and inspect the returned product in our warehouse.

Within 14 days of receipt you'll receive your full refund.

Return label from us You will receive a return label from us within 2 business days. We deduct the return costs from the refund. Own label (own risk) You send the item back at your own expense with your own label.

Exchanging for another product

Want to exchange a wrongly ordered product? The process is simple: send your original purchase back following the steps above and place a new order online for the desired item.

Exceptions

Some products are excluded from returns:

Already mounted or custom-built products.
Products where the hygiene seals or packaging have been broken.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return in our warehouse, we'll refund your purchase amount within 14 days at the latest. This is always done via the original payment method.
