Bicycle assembly
Bicycles are delivered in a box (85% assembled), which means that some parts still need to be assembled upon receipt. We recommend having the bicycle made roadworthy by a recognized bicycle mechanic. A bicycle must be properly assembled and adjusted. This ensures that the lifespan of the bicycle is optimized and the warranty remains intact. Are you handy? Then you can, of course, do the assembly yourself.
The following things still need to be done before you can safely hit the road:
- Mounting the front wheel
- Checking and, if necessary, adjusting all nuts and bolts
- Tightening the spokes properly
- We recommend lubricating the rotating parts
- Tensioning the chain
- Adjusting the gears and brakes
