Instructions: Before first use and at the end of monthly use, the menstrual cup should be sterilized. You then boil some water in a pan and leave the cup in it for a few minutes. To insert, the cup must be folded. To do this, press the top edge so that it folds over slightly. You fix it between your fingers and insert it not too deeply. You should not feel it. Once inside the body, the cup unfolds, creating a slight vacuum. This ensures the cup stays comfortably in place, does not slip, and collects all the blood. After a maximum of 12 hours, the cup must be removed again. Gently pull on the stem until you can gently squeeze the bottom of the cup. This releases the vacuum and the cup comes free. You can now remove it, empty it, rinse it and, if desired, reinsert it. When menstruation is over, sterilize the cup again.
