The Basil Universal Cargo carrier is an aluminum rear rack suitable for bikes with wheel sizes of 26, 27, 28, and 29 inches. The carrier has a mounting option for lights and a spring clamp for extra stability. This carrier is also suitable for bikes with disc brakes.
