Description
Advantage® for cats is a spot-on anti-flea treatment (drops applied to the skin). Thanks to its super-fast action, Advantage® stops fleas from biting in 3 to 5 minutes and kills adult fleas within an hour, even before they can lay eggs.
- Content of active substance(s) and other excipients:
- Each 0.8 ml pipette contains:
- Active substance: 80 mg imidacloprid; 0.8 mg butylhydroxytoluene.
- Pharmaceutical form:
- Spot-on solution.
- Pack size:
- 4 pipettes (4 x 0.8 ml)
- Target species:
- Cats.
- Indications:
- Prevention and treatment of fleas in cats weighing 4 kg and more. A single treatment protects against further flea infestation for 3 to 4 weeks. The product can be used as part of a treatment strategy for the control of flea allergy dermatitis (FAD), where this diagnosis has been previously made by a veterinarian.
- Method of administration:
- For external use only. Read the package leaflet before use.
- Special warnings:
- Do not treat unweaned kittens less than 8 weeks old.
- Keep the blister in the outer carton.
- For veterinary use.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
