Description
The original vertical Bosch PowerTube 500 e-bike battery has a voltage of 36 V and a capacity of 13.4 Ah. It is an integrated in-frame battery suitable for a wide range of electric bicycles. The charge level of the e-bike battery is shown on an LED indicator, and the battery features an intelligent Battery Management System. This smart BMS not only regulates the battery but also allows for reading current battery data on a display.
To charge the e-bike battery, a 36 V Bosch charger with a special Bosch Active/Performance connection can be used. With a charging current of 4 A, the battery is fully charged in approximately 3.5 hours, and with a power capacity of 500 Wh, this battery is good for a range of about 100 km under average effort and conditions.
