De Brooks Slender leren handvatten zijn gemaakt van plantaardig gelooid leer. Ze bieden een comfortabele grip en zijn duurzaam in gebruik. Het leer wordt op zijn plaats gehouden door stevige aluminium en stalen klemmen. Deze handvatten hebben een lengte van 130mm aan zowel de linker- als de rechterkant.
