The Marathon E-Plus is the new top E-bike tire with a modern and dynamic tread design. This tire offers maximum safety at higher speeds and over long distances. The rubber compound is of the best Marathon quality and meets the highest demands placed on an E-bike tire. The tire is suitable for e-bikes up to 50 kilometers per hour and has a maximum load of 136 kg. The Marathon E-Plus features SmartGuard, the most effective puncture protection layer for bicycle tires. This layer is made of 5 mm highly elastic special rubber, partly made from recycled rubber. The tire has Schwalbe puncture protection level 7 and is extra protected against cuts from sharp objects by the Smart-DualGuard. The tire has excellent grip, even at high speeds, thanks to the ADDIX-E compound. In addition, the Marathon E-Plus rolls surprisingly lightly due to the use of high-tech materials.
