The CRNK Helmer Hyper is an ultralight performance road bike helmet for the most demanding road cyclists. Its open design with reflective elements ensures extra visibility in the dark and provides additional cooling for your head. Like all other CRNK helmets, the Helmer Hyper is an In-Mold helmet, ensuring maximum comfort and increased shock absorption. This helmet comes with two different washable pads: 1x slow-foam and 1x 3mm antibacterial pad with insect mesh. This helmet weighs only 210 grams (M) / 230 grams (L). Thanks to the clever patented magnetic buckle, you can easily open and close the safety strap under your helmet with one hand. This clasp is not only easy to use but also very secure. Additionally, this Smart Cycling Helmet is equipped with the CRNK easy divider. With this adjustment system, you can easily adjust the length of the safety straps to meet precisely under your ears. All CRNK helmets are manufactured using an In-Mold production process. This modern and complex manufacturing method offers the following advantages over other helmets: In-Mold helmets are made by melting the shock-absorbing inner layer directly into the hard outer shell. This process creates a lighter helmet, contributing to comfort, especially during prolonged use. By integrating the inner and outer shells, CRNK In-Mold helmets offer better shock absorption. This improves protection in the event of an impact. Compact Design: All CRNK helmets have a slimmer and more streamlined design than traditional helmets with a separate hard shell and shock-absorbing layer. Durability: Although In-Mold helmets are light, they are also surprisingly durable. The one-piece manufacturing means fewer weak points that could break or tear. Better Ventilation: CRNK In-Mold helmets have better ventilation due to their design and lightweight construction, contributing to comfort during physical activities. The helmet comes standard with two different pads: one memory foam pad and one 3mm antibacterial pad including a mosquito net. The memory foam pad precisely adapts to the shape of your head within the first few minutes of wearing the helmet. Every head is different, and a small bump or unevenness on your head can make a helmet uncomfortable. This is completely eliminated by the memory foam. Additionally, the thickness of the memory foam gives the helmet a small degree of rotational freedom, providing extra head protection when absorbing an impact. The extra 3mm antibacterial pad is made of breathable antibacterial material that absorbs sweat and cools the head well. This pad is therefore excellent for use on warm, sunny days. All textile elements that come into contact with the head are removable and washable.
