This Falcon Eyes UR-60T flash umbrella has a white, translucent (diffuse) covering. The flash umbrella can be used to reflect soft light (indirect lighting), but it is also possible to flash through the material, creating a softbox effect (direct lighting). In comparison to a softbox, you will experience slightly more light loss.
