Deze Falcon Eyes Octabox is gemakkelijk in elkaar te zetten en kan met behulp van de speedring op de flitser gemonteerd worden. Hierdoor zit de flitser diep in de octabox en gaat er weinig licht verloren. De octabox zorgt voor een mooie, zachte uitlichting.

Deze softboxen zijn niet geschikt voor halogeen lampen (zoals de QLT-1000 van Falcon Eyes), vanwege de hoge warmteontwikkeling van deze lampen. Voor zulke type lampen zijn de softboxen uit de SBQ serie geschikt.
