Description
The GARDENA Drain Valve, as part of the GARDENA Sprinklersystem, prevents frost damage to the underground installed system. Special characteristics: The valve ensures automatic drainage when the system is taken out of operation; the valve opens when the water pressure in the system is less than approximately 0.2 bar. Drain valves must be installed at the lowest point of the irrigation system and placed on a layer of washed coarse gravel for safe drainage. Technical data: It has a 3/4 inch female thread.
