ION accu's zijn gemaakt voor het ION motorsysteem gebruikt in verschillende populaire fietsmerken zoals Sparta, Batavus en Koga. Dit kan zowel een middenmotor, voorwielmotor of achterwielmotor zijn. Batterijen uit de ION serie dienen aangemeld te worden bij een dealer anders stopt de ondersteuning na 15 tot 50 km. Het aanmelden gebeurt met een computer die de fiets koppelt aan de accu.
