These Edge chains are produced by TEC (= KMC). The bushingless construction ensures a particularly smooth and quiet ride. The chain has chamfered inner plates, resulting in quieter operation and a higher tolerance for a misaligned chain line. "Stop-Drop": Thanks to the wider inner plates, the chain is prevented from falling off the sprocket. The chain comes with a Snap-On master link at the end, making installation easy with a standard chain tool. In the wide standard size 1/2 inch x 1/8 inch, this chain is suitable for all types of single-speed bikes, such as fixies, single-speeds, BMX, and similar bikes without a derailleur. Of course, this chain width is also suitable for bikes with internal gear hubs.
