Bicycle assembly
Bicycles are delivered standard in a box (85% pre-assembled), which means that a number of things still need to be assembled upon receipt. We recommend having the bicycle made roadworthy by a recognized bicycle mechanic. A bicycle must be properly assembled and adjusted. This ensures that the lifespan of the bicycle is optimized and the warranty remains intact. Are you handy? Then you can, of course, do the assembly yourself.
The following must still be done before you can safely hit the road:
- Mounting the front wheel
- Checking all bolts and nuts and adjusting them if necessary
- Tightening the spokes securely
- We recommend lubricating the moving parts
- Tensioning the chain
- Adjusting the gears and brakes
Bicycle delivery
We package bicycles in a sturdy box so that they are not damaged during transport. Upon delivery, the handlebars are turned sideways, and the pedals are not yet attached.
