Het snijwiel is snel en nauwkeurig af te stellen op verschillende pijpdiameters. Comfortabel: eenvoudig doorsnijden door de naaldlager van het snijwiel en de geleiderollen. Voor het snijden van koperen, messing of roestvaststalen pijpen met een wanddikte tot 2 mm en een diameter van 6 - 35 mm. Het gehard stalen snijwiel draait op naaldlagers en is eenvoudig te vervangen. Met de Knipex éénhands snelverstelling kan het snijwiel naar de diameter van de pijp worden geschoven, waar deze voelbaar vastklikt.
