This strong macramé cord is ideal for knotting larger projects such as wall hangings, hanging flower baskets, net tote bags, etc. Macramé is an ancient technique where you use strong yarn or rope to tie various types of knots, which then form different patterns. You can learn how to make some of these knots with our technique videos. The activity requires almost no tools other than the macramé rope/cord, although it helps to carry out your knotting projects on a special macramé board/clipboard.
