Met dit klassieke molenmesje schil je gemakkelijk en dun aardappelen, groenten en vruchten. Dankzij zijn vlijmscherp lemmet snij je het voedsel ook zo makkelijk dat je moet opletten als je met dit mesje werkt. Dit keukenmesje bestaat uit een beuken handvat en een roestvrij lemmet van 85mm lang. Het is niet vaatwasmachinebestendig. Het is een goed en handzaam groentemes voor dagelijks gebruik. Goede messen worden met de hand gemaakt en met de hand geslepen in tegenstelling tot de meeste messen van tegenwoordig. Indien nodig slechts enkele malen nascherpen met een goed wetstaal.
