Motip removable coating carbon This coating contains a removable paint, also known as plasti dip. The coating is similar to the well-known car wrapping. The coating can be used on a part of your choice and then easily removed, without damaging the existing paint or paint layer. The coating is easy to use and therefore suitable for everyone. Features of MoTip SprayPlast aerosol cans: Simple and quick application, in various colours and designs. Easily removable. Protects against oil, grease, salt, stone chips, scratches, dirt and rain. Good adhesion to many different materials, such as metal, plastic (PP, PE, PVC) and glass. Not suitable for application on porous materials such as wood, concrete and stone. Apply in 4 to 5 layers with an interval of 5 minutes. Can be overcoated with Acrylic, NC, Alkyd, Water-based and 2-component paints. This does not affect the later removal of the MOTIP SprayPlast layer. MOTIP SprayPlast is dry after 2 hours. The MoTip SprayPlast aerosol can is equipped with a 360-degree valve. Not durable. Resistant to car washes, and temporarily resistant to high-pressure cleaner use up to max. 130 bar. Heat resistant up to max. 100 degrees. Specifications of MoTip SprayPlast PlastiDip paint: Binder: a rubber-like polymer. Odour: solvent. Gloss: 60° measuring angle according to DIN 67530, glossy: 80-85 GE, matt: 8 GE. Yield: Depending on the opacity of the colour and the substrate, 400 ml will be sufficient for 2 wheels; depending on the size and structure of the rim. Temperature resistance: up to 100°C.
