Description
It's time for the annual Halloween Fair in Putdam again. Unfortunately, Nelson and Kenny are still not tall enough to go on all the cool rollercoasters. Perhaps Grandma Jansje's latest invention can help them: a zapper that changes the size of things. But when they use it, everything goes wrong; the boys are suddenly tiny! Now they can't go on anything at all, and to make matters worse, the fair is being attacked by gigantic robots! Will the boys be able to grow big again in time to defeat the robots?
