After the 1889 World's Fair, everyone is talking about it: electric street lighting! As the City of Lights, Paris is also at the forefront of this. In this fast-paced 2-player game, you take on the role of a city planner with the task of illuminating the city as beautifully as possible to attract visitors and inspire artists. Taking turns, you and your opponent first place a city tile to lay out the city's plan, or choose a building to place in the second phase of the game. Make sure your own city areas are large enough to place prestigious buildings on them, and of course, that there are enough lampposts to illuminate them!
