Description
Poffert is het bekende typische streekgerecht uit Groningen en Drenthe. Het is een soort maaltijdcake die je traditioneel au bain Marie klaarmaakt (in de oven is ook mogelijk) en eet met gesmolten boter en bruine suiker. Deze originele Pofferttrommel sluit je dan ook waterdicht af met het deksel. De pofferttrommel is ook geschikt om Friese Bofferd en Jan in de zak te maken. Puddingtrommel 2 L rond 18 cm ook wel poffert , poffertpan of water bad vorm (waterbadvorm) genoemd
