Babydog Milk is a balanced feed for puppies from birth. At birth, puppies are entirely dependent on nutrients from their mother's milk. Since bitches sometimes produce insufficient milk, or milk of insufficient quality, supplementary feeding with puppy milk is necessary. Royal Canin has developed Babydog Milk, a top product fully in line with Royal Canin's philosophy. This puppy milk can be given from birth until weaning (approximately 3 weeks), as a supplement or substitute for mother's milk.

It dissolves instantly due to its micro-granule structure, making it easier to administer the correct dosage. No lumps, ensuring the milk is well digested by the puppy. Therefore, it is quick and easy to prepare for every meal. It helps reduce the risk of diarrhea through 100% digestible milk proteins and 0% starch. Its composition corresponds to bitch's milk with a high energy value (39% fat) and a low lactose content (18.5%). A complex of nutrients (Vitamins E and C, taurine, and EPA & DHA essential fatty acids) helps the puppy build its natural defenses.

To prevent blockage of the newborn puppy's intestines, it is very important to feed the correct amounts frequently. Mix 1 scoop of milk powder with 20 ml of water. To achieve a perfect mixture, first fill the feeding bottle with warm water (maximum 40oC), according to the recommended amount. Then add the milk powder according to the indicated amount. Shake the bottle until it is well mixed. The milk should form a homogeneous liquid. If the milk curdles, it is often due to too high a temperature of the added water. Give the milk within one hour of preparation.

Feeding advice: Dissolve 10 ml of milk powder in 20 ml of lightly mineralized (tap) water at approximately 70°C. Serve lukewarm according to the instructions for use (in the packaging).
