How to improve the lifespan of your disc brake pads: Bedding in new disc brake pads significantly extends their lifespan! Lightly apply the brake lever while riding and ensure the pads make contact with the disc. Ride for about 100 meters at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour and brake harder at the end to reduce the speed to approximately 5 kilometers per hour.
