Organic

Lifespan

After installing new brake pads, it is very important to bed them in, as this extends their lifespan.

Bedding in

How to improve the lifespan of your disc brake pads: Bedding in new disc brake pads significantly extends their lifespan! Lightly pull the brake lever while riding and ensure that the brake pads touch the brake disc. Ride approximately 100 meters at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour and brake harder at the end to reduce the speed to approximately 5 kilometers per hour. Then slowly increase speed while braking lightly. Repeat this 10 to 12 times to ensure that your new brake pads are properly bedded in.
