Description
The SHIMANO SLX BR-M7100 disc brake is a complete rear set for cross-country, marathon, and touring use. This fully hydraulic disc brake with 2 pistons and self-adjusting brake delivers high performance in all situations. The brake lever (BL-M7100) is made of aluminum and is I-Spec EV compatible. The caliper (BR-M7100) is also made of aluminum and features ceramic pistons and post-mount attachment. The brake hose has a length of 1700 mm and can be shortened. The brake fluid is SHIMANO mineral oil and the brake pads are G03S Resin (organic). This disc brake also has features such as one-way bleeding, a 2-finger brake lever with split clamp band, Servo-Wave Action, and tool-free reach adjust. The recommended brake rotor is the SM-RT70 (Center Lock) and the handlebar diameter should be 22.2 mm. This disc brake comes ready for installation, including olive and insert.
