De Rhodesian Ridgeback kijkt uit naar de picknick met Lisa. Ze hebben het zich gemakkelijk gemaakt op de deken. Lisa houdt het smakelijke bot vast voor haar hond. Ze heeft voor zichzelf appeltaart meegenomen. Maar niet voor de brutale eekhoorn! Ze neemt een slok uit haar waterfles en giet ook water in de drinkbak van de hond. Heerlijk!Een dagje in de natuur is gewoonweg prachtig! De Rhodesian Ridgeback picknickt met Lisa in het Peppertree-bos. Er zijn zoveel lekkere verschillende geurtjes hier! Maar als Lisa hem lokt met het hondenbot, komt de grote, bruine Rhodesian Ridgeback meteen aangerend. Zo'n traktatie krijgt hij niet elke dag! Maar oeps, wat is dat? Een eekhoorn wil de sappige appeltaart stelen! Dat staat hij niet toe! Hij slaakt een luide "woef!" en het diertje is weer in het bos verdwenen. Lisa moet lachen. Wat een dag!
