The lockring remover is a tool used for installing and removing Brose E-bike motor lockrings. The tool has an integrated guide bolt that screws into the motor shaft. The rotating mechanism engages the teeth with those of the lockring. This allows the tool to exert a large force to loosen the lockring. The tool can be used in combination with a snap.in tool holder or a 32 mm combination wrench. Pay attention to the manufacturer's recommended tightening torque when tightening. Use a 3/8" torque wrench to check the torque. Please note: the tool cannot be used with power tools.
