The PLATEO rear light is known for its mysterious appearance. It has a slim and compact design. The PLATEO is a battery-powered rear light and adds a unique touch to your bicycle. It is equipped with Light Guide Technology©, which takes the light from the LED and directs it to the sides of the rear light. This ensures optimal visibility, from both the rear and the sides.

• The appearance of the PLATEO is not standard for a battery-powered rear light. It looks just like you have a modest reflector on the back of your bike. Nothing could be further from the truth, however, as the PLATEO has a very powerful LED. This provides a good light output. The PLATEO combines the best of both worlds: a large reflector and a bright light beam in a compact and universal design.


• The bright LED in the PLATEO provides a light output of 5 Candela. This makes you visible up to 400 meters. Together with the large reflector, this rear light offers optimal safety on the road. You are clearly visible from the back and from the sides.


• The PLATEO has a flexible mounting system. This means it fits on luggage carriers with a bolt distance of 50-80mm. It runs on 2x AAA batteries, which are included with the product. With these, the PLATEO will shine for approximately 70 hours. Are the batteries almost empty? No panic! The handy battery-low indicator gives a timely signal when you need to replace the batteries.
