Special paint for creating a removable film. For treating smooth, non-absorbent surfaces, such as bare metal, aluminum, glass, and surfaces treated with 2K paints. MoTip Removable Paint is not suitable for treating surfaces treated with 1K paint systems. Pre-treatment Clean the surface thoroughly, without sanding. The surface must be clean, dry, and grease-free. Do not apply a primer before applying removable paint. Painting The surface must be clean, dry, and grease-free. Bring the aerosol can to room temperature. Ideal processing temperature is 15 to 25°C and a relative humidity of <65%. Before use, shake the aerosol can well for 3 minutes and spray a test piece. Distance to the surface to be treated is approx. 25 to 30 centimeters. Apply at least 5 layers of removable paint. For good layer build-up, necessary for later removal of the removable paint, apply an extra layer in critical areas (corners, edges). Apply the layers with an interval of 5 minutes. The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, humidity, and the applied layer thickness. MOTIP removable coating black matt This coating contains a removable paint, also known as plasti dip. The coating is comparable to the well-known car wrapping. The coating can be used on a component of your choice and then easily removed, without damaging the existing paint or paint layer. The coating is easy to use and therefore suitable for everyone.
