Description
The BE1301A Tektro hydraulic disc brake LMTB is an open system with dual pistons. The hydraulic disc brake system is easy to install, adjust, and maintain. It comes without a brake disc and features an aluminum lever and cast aluminum bracket. The HD-M285 variant has a reach of 86-90 mm, while the HD-M286 has a reach of 81-85 mm. The caliper has a forged aluminum body and uses automatic caliper positioning via front and rear adapters. The caliper, pads, and fluid have a black finish. The caliper uses E10.11 pads (organic compound) that are easy to replace. A Metal Ceramic Compound is also optionally available. The system uses a liquid, non-corrosive mineral oil and has excellent heat expansion properties. The weight of the caliper is 285 grams for the front and 305 grams for the rear. Please note: this product is supplied without rotor, adapter, and mounting bolts.
