The new Tubeless valves are available in valve lengths of 40 mm, 60 mm, and 100 mm and impress with their easy installation. This ensures that a suitable valve is available for every rim height.

The valve base can be securely mounted in the rim with an Allen key (4 mm), without over-tightening the valve base. The shortened conical valve base ensures a minimal installation height, leaving more space in the rim for the tire beads. Thanks to the larger inner diameter (4 mm) of the valve, tires can be filled significantly more effectively with air and sealant.

Schwalbe's new Tubeless valves: the appropriate valve lengths and technical details - wider valve base, shorter conical shape, hex socket, larger O-ring - facilitate Tubeless installation. The new valve trio offers a suitable length for all common rim heights. "Where a valve extender was previously needed, there was also a risk of air loss at the valve extension. This is excluded with the new valves, which are made from one piece," explains Johannes Binner of Schwalbe Marketing. The other new details also simplify Tubeless installation for MTB riders, road cyclists, and touring cyclists. For example, Schwalbe product developers have increased the inner diameter at the valve base from 2.4 to 4 millimeters, so that air and sealant can now flow through the valve significantly better. The risk of clogging in the valve due to crystal particles in the sealant is thus minimized. Other advantages include the hex socket and the shortening of the conical shape: with an Allen key, the valve base can be mounted more securely in the rim, without over-tightening the valve base. With a shorter conical valve base, the valve base can sink deeper into the valve hole. This minimizes the valve base height, leaving more space in the rim for the tire beads and making installation easier. The new, larger O-ring also contributes to this. This allows the valve to adapt optimally to different rim shapes, while preventing damage to the rim by the valve nut. The previously required spacer ring is no longer necessary. "Until now, some cyclists and bike retailers still had some hesitation towards Tubeless technology. With our new Tubeless valves, the handling and installation of Tubeless tires have become significantly easier again," summarizes Johannes Binner.
