- Raspberry leaf
- Raspberry leaf is mainly known for its beneficial effect on the uterus and the muscles in the pelvis. The leaf contains many tannins (up to 10%); vitamin C and minerals. Raspberry leaf also has a cleansing; relaxing and immune-boosting effect.
- Birch leaf
- Birch leaves have a very good effect on the bladder and kidneys. The herb supports good bladder flushing and keeps the urine at the correct pH value. Birch leaf is a recommended herb for almost all rheumatic complaints; it supports keeping the joints supple and helps with healthy skin.
