Ze zijn gemaakt van rubber, dat lichtgewicht, slijtvast en duurzaam is. Ze zijn voorzien van reliëf met een anti-slip patroon voor verbeterde grip en veiligheid. Ze kunnen een maximaal gewicht van 25 ton ondersteunen. De trottoirhellingen zijn ontworpen met 2 verzonken montagegaten waarmee ze op hun plaats kunnen worden vastgezet. Ze zijn ook gemakkelijk op te bergen en te vervoeren.
