Description
Virbac Dermacool Hot Spot 50 ml is a cooling, drying, itch-relieving, and soothing agent for moist eczema, including hot spots. This reduces biting and scratching by the animal and prevents further trauma. Menthol has a cooling effect; witch hazel has a drying effect due to its astringent action, and parachlorometaxylenol has disinfectant properties. Propylene glycol and glycerol have a soothing and non-irritating effect. Spherulites are layered micro-spheres that ensure a delayed release of active ingredients, thus providing a longer-lasting effect. Chitosanide is a biodegradable biopolymer that adheres to the skin and hair with the spherulites and has a moisturizing effect.
