Hierdoor is er 60% minder lijm gebruikt in vergelijking met andere skates. De Thread skate heeft voldoende ventilatie dankzij het Cool Breath systeem, waardoor warmte kan ontsnappen. Het zachte Comfootbed zorgt voor een comfortabel gevoel tijdens het skaten, zelfs bij langere afstanden.
