Buffalo

Thyme

Thyme is a genus from the mint family. It includes herbaceous or woody plants with a very aromatic scent. Thyme has been used by the Greeks and Romans as a medicinal herb for lung diseases, rheumatism, paralysis, stomach cramps, tumors, headaches, colic, and nervous weaknesses.

The medicinal properties of thyme are confirmed by the high levels of vitamin K it contains. Additionally, thyme also contains a lot of iron, as well as the minerals calcium and manganese. It also contains the amino acid tryptophan and a significant amount of fiber.

Celery

We add celery to our dog food because it can make a positive contribution to supporting the dog's immune system and digestion. It can also have a positive effect on the skin and coat, the functioning of muscles and nerves due to vitamin A, and maintaining strong bones due to vitamin K.

Apple

The apple tree is a tree from the genus Malus, on which the commonly known apples grow, especially in the northern hemisphere. The apple grows in temperate regions.

Dietary fiber has a versatile effect on the digestive tract. It is able to absorb moisture, making the stool soft and smooth. Dietary fiber also increases the volume in the intestines. This not only stimulates the function of the intestines but also ensures a thorough removal of waste products.

Puppy, Adult, or Senior?

To help you make the right choice between our American Pitbull Terrier dog food varieties, you can use the following guidelines. If your American Pitbull Terrier is younger than 11 months, choose the Puppy variant. For an American Pitbull Terrier older than 7 years, we recommend the Yourdog American Pitbull Terrier Senior. If your dog is older than 11 months and younger than 7 years, you can choose the Adult variant.

Transition Advice

If you are switching to Yourdog from another brand of food, we recommend following these steps. For the first step, feed 25% Yourdog and 75% of the old dog food. The dog can get used to this for two days. Then feed 50% Yourdog and 50% of the old dog food. It is important that you let the dog get used to this for two or three days again. After that, mix 75% Yourdog and 25% of the old dog food. The dog has now almost completely switched to Yourdog. Do this for 2 days. After your own discretion, you can then start feeding 100% Yourdog American Pitbull Terrier dog food.

Storage Advice

After opening the Yourdog packaging, the food is exposed to oxygen, moisture, and light, which can affect its shelf life and taste. Therefore, it is important to store the food properly after opening the bag, preferably in an airtight storage container or bin in a dry, cool, and dark place. It is best not to put the food loosely in the bin, but to place it with the entire bag, which you close as tightly as possible, into the bin.
