Kool-Stop disc pads zijn gemaakt van organische materialen die worden samengevoegd en gebonden met behulp van een hars. De samenstelling bevat wel kleine hoeveelheden metaal om de remformule te verbeteren, maar de pads zijn grotendeels organisch. De term semi-metallic kan ook worden gebruikt. Uit onze tests is gebleken dat onze schijfremblokken vriendelijk zijn voor de rotor en gedurende de levensduur van het blok een hoge remprestatie bieden.
