De Lynx trapassleutel is ontworpen voor het installeren en verwijderen van externe trapaslagers. Maar daarnaast ook te gebruiken voor het verwijderen en installeren van centerlock schijfremmen. Standaard wordt er een extra tool meegeleverd voor het (de)monteren van de Shimano crankdop. De trapassleutel is gemaakt van hoogwaardig staal, waardoor een lange levensduur gewaarborgd is.
